We the people of the United States have the certain and inalienable right to address the grievances and wrongs committed by those who abuse their governmental powers. This is a right inherent in our Constitution. The founding fathers intended that all people are free of governmental intrusion.
Why Doc. # 148? [click here]
Christian Meister, a decorated Veteran in the United States Coast Guard, has drafted legal and binding memoranda of law--Doc. # 148--in the United States Federal Court, in the Middle District of Florida, Fort Myers, division in order to address the unlawful conduct of the current Lee County Sheriff's Office administration. The incumbent Sheriff, however, has refused to take corrective measures even though Meister has communicated to Mr. Scott at least four times that it is not okay to employ a law enforcement officer who was convicted of battery because he beat a woman.
Why would the people of Lee County want to know?
A reasonable person would have to ask, since the Sheriff does not follow the law, does the Sheriff understand how the constitutional protections guaranteed to all people in the United States are intended to protect the people? Does he have the experience and understanding in order to know how the conflict inherent in a law "enforcement" agency [click here] affects the people in Lee County? The answer is, no!
The incumbent Sheriff has not only refused to take corrective measures and failed to serve the public as a role model citizen but also has hired a powerhouse law-firm in order to escape his ethical and legal responsibilities. Additionally, the Sheriff's administration has thus far unsuccessfully argued in Court that a person--in this case a United States Veteran--who cannot afford to hire an attorney has no right to a trial by jury.
The current administration thinks it is okay to falsify the employee performance of eight LCSO employees.
The current administration thinks it is okay to give preferential treatment to those who are the administration's "buddies" and employ an LCSO deputy Sheriff even though he was convicted of battery on a woman.
The current administration thinks it is okay to terminate an employee on the basis of an accent and national origin (Christian Meister).
In light of these violations, a reasonable person would have to ask, what other things are happening at the Lee County Sheriff's Office that we--the people in Lee County--do not know about?
Christian Meister, who has a background in journalism--the study of the interactions of the media, government, and the rights of the people--has asked the questions and sought the truth under hidden appearances and superficialities. Meister has knocked on the door of the governmental entity LCSO, and he was, by the current administration, stonewalled as well.Christian Meister, who ran for governor in the California Special Election in 2003, has vowed to serve the people and to improve the status quo. Little has changed since 2003. Christian Meister has now, since 2005, devoted himself to the study of constitutional law--including the study of Section 1983 (governmental entity liability) and Title VII (employee's rights) and the inherent protections of the Fourteenth Amendment of the United States Constitution--in an effort to master the vastly complex areas of procedural and substantive law in an effort to address the governmental wrongs and constitutional deprivations arising out of the conduct of the current Sheriff's administration. The results of which effort are evident in document number one-four-eight (Doc. #148), posted on Meister's web-site.Version 08-0531-0911 _______________________________________________
