Botching the Crime Rate
I won't botch the crime rate so that I can brag about a low crime rate when it is not so.
Changing a crime report does not change the crime rate!
If the crime rate is down in Lee County - if! - then it might be down because it is down nationwide! (Media reported that crime is down nationwide)
